Hi there!  My name is Ellen Smith.  I'm a CA native and currently live in San Diego County with my husband and three awesome kids.  I am homeschooling mom, a pastor's wife, and lover of keeping things simple.  I enjoy planning, organizing and all sort of DIYs.  I currently work part time as a Virtual Assistant to two clients and am a Director of Operations at a small Financial Planning Firm here in San Diego. 

We started dipping a toe into the natural realm of health and wellness in 2014 when my middle daughter who was 4 at the time had some allergy issues that were causing us many sleepless nights!  We started using Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint on her topically and saw her respiratory get the support it needed after so many months of trying so many things!  We couldn't believe it!  We were so grateful and relieved. Now, I am on mission to help families take simple steps to wellness in every area of life so they can experience the same incredible support we did when we first started using oils.
